We are delighted to announce that Craig Hughes has joined Per Ardua as a Senior Advisor. Craig built a career as a prominent leader in the real estate industry. He was Global Head of Real Estate at PwC from 2016-2022, advising leading companies across the world. Before this, Craig led PwC’s UK and Global Sovereign Wealth Fund Real Estate practices, EY’s UK and Ireland Real Estate, Hospitality & Construction practice and was a member of EY’s Global Real Estate leadership team.
Outside of his corporate responsibilities, Craig has an active connection to prominent industry bodies including the Urban Land Institute, LandAid and the British Property Federation (BPF).
Since leaving PwC in 2022, Craig has been the divisional CEO of a technology enabled business services company, a Senior Advisor to a decarbonisation business and a boutique corporate finance house, leading a buyout project and advising on transactions in the real estate market.
