Yearly, the boss Simon Hearn organises a surprise shindig by way of a thank you for all our hard work during the year.
This year we visited L’atelier des Chefs, based near to St Paul’s, to hone our skills in the kitchen. We naturally threw some healthy girls v. boys competition into the mix.
With a menu of Thai fishcakes, lamb rump and chocolate fondant to prepare, we had our hands full!
Whilst some of the team took the opportunity to sample the wine – cooking wine, drinking wine…semantics! As far as knife skills go, Charles and Victoria have decided to stick to their day jobs.
