It was great to host a breakfast with the Mentoring Circle this morning, who are working towards improving DE&I within Real Estate. It was a brilliant turnout and an interesting discussion, as we look to improve female representation, development and inclusion within the sector. A huge thank you to Per Ardua Associates and in particular Kate Hammar and Oji Okolie for hosting this morning’s breakfast where we introduced Mentoring Circle to the Real Estate finance sector.
