We are excited to announce an important update about our brand.
The strength of Per Ardua is anchored in the quality of our work and our partnerships with you. Since Pantheon Leadership was created in 2018 as an integral part of Per Ardua, the leverage and impact we have had has purposefully grown, augmenting Executive Search with the development of our proposition into board performance, succession planning, profiling, team dynamics and executive coaching.
Following thoughtful reflection on how to maximise the collective strength of Per Ardua Associates and Pantheon Leadership, effective from 1 November, we will operate under a single, unified brand: Per Ardua Associates (Per Ardua). This new identity will encompass two distinct but complementary divisions:

- Leadership Advisory
This evolution to the two-division structure gives us the agility to offer combined services through our joint proposition, while also maintaining the confidentiality and separation essential to many of our projects. Importantly, even with the unified brand, we will retain the ability to deliver projects independently, continue to hold data on different systems, and only share insights collaboratively where instructed and agreed by you.
While our name is evolving, we are not losing our identity. Our core values, leadership, and dedication to excellence remain exactly the same. Based on overwhelmingly positive feedback, we are confident that this rebranding will enhance your experience with us, reaffirming our commitment to thoughtful leadership and always placing your interests at the heart of what we do.
