Per Ardua’s Women Breakfast

Per Ardua’s Women Breakfast

Per Ardua hosted a breakfast in conjunction with the 30% Club and Women Ahead at their office on International Women’s Day. This was a chance for a number of senior professionals across the financial services community to hear Liz Dimmock, the founder of Women Ahead talk about the benefits to both individuals and businesses of cross-company mentoring. We also had the pleasure of Kirk Vallis, Global Head of Creativity Capability Development at Google and an Ambassador to Women Ahead talk about the power of mentoring and allowing more time in our working lives for creativity.

As expected it was a fascinating topic and challenged many people in the room to “think outside the box” and to realise that we all have the potential to be creative if given the opportunity. We also heard more about the advantages of being challenged by our own biases and experiences through the mentoring of others
