Sally Talbot

HR Practice Leader

Sally is responsible for running the HR and Talent Search Practice for Per Ardua, as well as driving their Diversity & Inclusion agenda with a focus on how to help clients with their executive female talent pipeline.

Prior to joining, Sally headed the Executive Search practice for the boutique human capital consultancy, Aretai Consulting, specialising in placing Heads of HR and Talent. She has over 20 years’ experience of placing Heads of HR, Reward & Performance, OD and Talent into key positions across a range of sectors including Banking, Insurance, Asset Management, Private Equity, Hedge Funds and Professional Services.

Sally had a background in HR herself before moving into executive search. She started her career in search by building the HR practice at Armstrong International from 1997 to 2001, both in London and New York and then co-founded and was a Director of the boutique HR search firm, Redwood Search from 2002 to 2008.

Prior to 1997 Sally was the Head of Lateral recruitment at Andersen and ran graduate recruitment at Chemical/Chase Manhattan Bank.

She has a BSc (Hons) Degree in Psychology from the University of Bristol and a Post–Graduate Diploma in HR management.
