In 2013, Per Ardua celebrated its fifth birthday, having been set up in 2008 by Simon Hearn (formerly Co-Head of Global Financial Services at Russell Reynolds Associates where he spent sixteen years, twelve as a Partner and eight running Financial Services.) We put together photographs taken over the last five years, recounting our growth from a small office of three, to a thriving, expanding company.

Our fifth birthday coincided nicely with our yearly strategy off-site daywhich we held in the Calvary & Guards Club on Piccadilly. It was a day spent discussing the previous years’ successes and directions for 2014, followed by dinner afloat the River Thames.
